Health is built around the average body. Yours isn’t, and it doesn’t stay the same. So we started a company to do something about that: adaptive nutrition that rebuilds every month around the body you have now.
Why we exist
No body is the average body.
And no body stays the same.
Almost everything in health is built around an average. One recommendation. One formula. One answer, repeated forever. But there is no average body. There never was. Every body carries a different story, and every body keeps changing: sleep, hormones, medication, energy, age, the goals that matter this year.
That gap, between the average health is built for and the person actually living in the body, is the reason we exist. We started Personally to close it: to build health that adapts to the person you are now, not the one a population chart predicted.
We couldn’t find a company doing that. So we built one.
